God Loves All—But God Hates Sin; The Truth about the Sinfulness of Homosexuality and the Christian Objection
My purpose in writing here is to establish an official line of evangelical persuasion against the accusation that Christians Hate Gay people. And that God must tolerate the Sin of Homosexuality.
I have been pretty much labelled on My YouTube channel as a Christian-extremist Hate monger.
Nonetheless I believe that a Great Many of My supporters recognize that I utter the truth in line with the God given Logos. That My utterances are Biblically inspired and justified and in line with the Tradition of the Church, that being said let us dive in.
The most common line of attack that issues forth from the Unbelievers is that God [the Father] and Jesus Christ Love All their Children, therefore they love Gay People and We should thus desist and Stop the Hate.
See how simply they paint their emotional picture and why it has such appeal to those who crave simplistic pictures of reality and respond to emotion.
It is True that God loves Us All, including the Sinners. And We Are All Sinners, every last One. Jesus came to purchase Sinners with His Very Blood. And He even loved those who crucified Him. Correct. God Loves Gay People.
The implication therein is that You should Love and not Hate Gay people. Which is also True. You must Love Thy Neighbour. Correct.
But this is a misdirect of what the Christian argument against homosexuality is.
You See, We don’t hate Gay people, We hate Sin. And Homosexuality as written in Deuteronomy and 1 Corinthians is a Sin.
So We can perfectly well love our Neighbour while disapproving of their avowed Sinful lifestyle. If someone is a liar or harbours pride or lust or sin in their heart [and what is worse compounds this by proclaiming it proudly as their identity] We have a reasonable grounds to Object.
And I will tell You this as My Pastor does. God Hates Sin. Not Sinners, But Sin itself. And Sin is practiced of persons…
