There are images and patterns to which We attach great significance and hopes. When a doctor comes into Your hospital room wearing a White Lab coat, You feel assured that Someone with a capable mind will be taking care of You and deliver You from sickness.

When You see a Chemist working in a laboratory in the same White Lab coat,You Believe that important work is being done.

When You see Scientist on PBS or the News working in highly capitalized and state-of-the-art facilities such as a Nuclear Power Plant or the Hadron Super Collider, You are struck with awe first at the feats of engineering involved, then perhaps when the gravity of the situation weighs on Your conscience it begins to dawn on You that all the engineers and physicists working in such installations likely have Massive Intellects and Disciplined Lifestyles.

But there is a dark image of the Mad Scientist or the Megalomania or Pseudo-Scientists. And of Course with the Movie ‘Oppenheimer’ Just being released We are aware that Scientists Can Unleash the Destructive, almost supernatural Forces of Nature to the banishment of the Future of Man.

Scary, Terrifying, Awe-Inspiring and Hope-filled; a mix of Emotions which rush to Us when We think ‘Science.’

Martin Heidegger thought that Technology lead to ‘Enframing’ which was the ‘Unveiling’ of “Standing Reserve” [possibly of nature] in the Presence of Man.

To Illustrate: the ‘Technology’ of a Nuclear Power Plant in its ‘Enframing’ Unveiled to the persons involved in harnessing the nuclear energy [and containing the radioactive fissile material]; the Scientists, Engineers and Physicists running the Reactor would have for them ‘Unveiled’ the “Standing Reserve” otherwise known to Us as the “Raw Potent Power” of the Uranium or other radioactive material. This indeed is a perfect example of What Heidegger was aiming at in his essay “The Question Concerning Technology.” Because the people ‘in-the-know’ of the Earth shaking technology witness the pure raw power and power potential, the ‘Standing Reserve’ present inside of Nature and as harnessed By Man.

The fear today is that the leading Men of Science such as Klaus Schwab and Yuval Noah Harari picture the future and frame it as Homo Deus—that is the ‘Man as God’ [a demi-god]. And further they openly call for this to transpire and for the population of the working poor to cede both Freedoms and Belief in Their-Our Creator God.

In Their Book ‘Changing Images of Man’ copyrighted 1982, edited by Markley and Harman for the Stanford Research Institute (SRI). And drawing on the work of Psychological Mythologist Joseph Campbell [Who Himself bridled that He did not believe in a ‘personal God’]—the Powers that Be, the Technocrats and the ‘Olympians’ published their design that the Myths and Images of Man were being uprooted, outdated, and needed to be replaced by more modern imagery and myths. The Holy mantle passing over to Man Himself.

In Many respects Klaus Schwab and Harari are the picture of this New Man. And this New Man—really being the Spirit of the Anti-Christ is the 21st Century Man of Science. They call themselves Technocrats after Zbigniew Brzezinski usage of the term ‘technetronic’ and ‘Between Two Ages.’ And they are truly Heideggerian in the sense that Technology for them reveals the Transformed Image of Man—But they will discover too late that this very Image of the New Man of Science which they worship will be revealed as Satan Himself and Inaugurate His total Rule over their lives.

The Question for CTMUers is precisely can the Image of Science be Good and Godly. Can We rescue Science from the clutches of the Devil and Will the Future Revealed in the 21st Century be a Reign of Terror—Or Else will it be Salvific, Truthful and Redeemed. That is, Can We establish Christ and the CTMU as a Pillar of Truth in the Heart of All Science. The Battle is Ahead of Us and the Victory determined By Our Actions.

Let Us dedicate Ourselves to the Lord Our God and Use Worship As Our Warfare.
