What is Assurance of Salvation? How Can I Know that I live in God.

First You Have Faith, then any good that You perform in the World belongs to God and is Owed to God. But Nothing extraordinary or Extra that You simply cannot add with all Your Strength.

Most Religious and Christian persons can be assured of their Salvation. There are two major proofs, but where the first supersedes all other considerations. (1) Do You have Faith, that is, Do You Believe in Christ Jesus; and (2) Is Your Faith bearing Fruits (i.e.-good works).

Now Catholics sort of have a belief that You need sacraments and penances constantly reintroducing grace in Your life. The Reformed tradition erstwhile Holds that ‘Coming to the Cross’ is sufficient for eternal life in Salvation.

So Do You Have Faith? And the straightforward answer to this is the same as the straightforward answer of whether You are assured of Your Salvation. Though at many times We all feel guilty and ashamed when the thought of Our Own imperfections creeps in on Us late at night.

The Lord really does wish to warm Your Heart and Soul and tell You that if You have Faith—this obliterates any other consideration, You ARE Saved.

If You need further proof, which believe Me every person is constantly searching for reaffirmations of like kind—then look to You Faith Bearing Fruits. Good Works are not the reason nor the purchase of Salvation. But they are evidences and self-corroborating reassurance and proofs of Your Faith in Your Own eyes.

That is, We will not bring Heaven to Earth, but We can order the Earthly Kingdom to the Heavenly Kingdom as Stephen Wolfe proclaims.

And for ‘Good Works’ simply think about How You set Your Own House in Order. How Do You Treat Your Family and Neighbours. How do You order and enliven Your Workplace. How Do You Worship [whether it be with daily and nightly prayers or attending church services]. Good Works doesn’t Just Mean Fantastic Heroism or Self-Denying Charity. It means Your Daily work and household economy.

You contribute Your Household to the World and the World is ordered to Heaven by Your Household. Simple.

So You don’t have to have Your Tongue cut-out in martyrdom nor Do You have to bravely Save an African village. God made You in All of Your Particularities to be it the Warm Centre around which the World Turns.

Nor Will Your Work ever be added Up, Counted or Contrasted to find You at a loss vis-a-vis other Saints. Remember the Bible Says that Your Work is counted as Wages.

This Means that First You Have Faith, then any good that You perform in the World belongs to God and is Owed to God. But Nothing extraordinary or Extra that You simply cannot add with all Your Strength.

So Have Faith, then Go to Work—whatever Your Work looks like which dovetails with Your spiritual gifts and talents.

We should not be so Harsh on Ourselves or Beat Ourselves Up. Simply Repent, Believe, and do Good Works.

In these clear Ways We can be assured of Our Salvation.
